Allow Engagement studio to export a Spaces post that tags a user

We have a Space that highlights great things our alums are doing. We would like to sync that back to NXT as part of the alum profile. Currently we can export from Engagement studio that an alum was tagged in a post, but the actual post does not come along with the export.
What we want to do is to have the post either within the Almabase profile such that it could be synced as a note to NXT and/or in some way have the post easily exportable for upload to NXT as a note. In this way, we don't "Lose" this rich information about an alum and when an advancement professional is reviewing a particular alum, they have that data right in front of them. Otherwise, this data is gone. We won't remember 2 weeks from now that "Pamela Silver was appointed to the National Academy of Sciences" blah blah blah. That's a really big deal and we don't want to have to manually copy and paste every post.
At this point, we have to copy and paste from the Space post to a column in a spreadsheet to the correct row for that alum - we export the alum name, system id, and constituent id from engagement studio to create the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet data with the note is then uploaded to NXT. (Note: this is what my success manager has said to do. We have not been able to try it yet.) We would do this monthly.

Great to hear your perspective, Elizabeth Babb ’82! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the syncing process between Almabase and NXT?
- What specific information from the Spaces post do you want to be exported and synced to the alum profile in NXT?
- How often do you anticipate needing to export these posts to NXT?

1. Syncing it would be fantastic (I'd settle to just be able to export it). If you can sync it, then it would show up in a category in Data Inbox. Perhaps under constituent as "new information"
- The full note.
- I'd probably do it once a month if there wasn't a sync.
