We need to be able to accurately include the payment method (credit card/PayPal/Venmo) in the gift sync to Raiser's Edge, and for that information to be specified on the gift export instead of PayPal/Venmo only appearing blank.
We need this information in order to accurately report and track the source of the donation. Since gifts cannot be filtered in the dashboard based on this information, there is no way to bring this data into the gift in Raiser's Edge. If this was a data point we could filter on, we could then create separate gift lists based on each payment type and sync each separately.
Ideally, though, this information should be imported on the gift without even needing to specify it in the sync options. This is basic data tied to the transaction and should be automatically included without us needing to take extra steps to specify it.
