Ability to export a list of undeliverable email addresses when sending an email

- What format would be most useful for exporting the list of undeliverable email addresses?
- How frequently do you encounter undeliverable emails when sending large email campaigns?
- Would you like any additional information included in the export, such as reasons for undeliverability?

- Excel or CSV format would be fine.
- We encounter undeliverable email addresses often. We'd like to tie them back to Raiser's Edge so that we can code them as being invalid, etc. We are often sending large lists and folks would like to know who did not get invited to special events, etc. Currently, we have to go down the list manually and write the names down to let them know who did not get an invite/email.
- YES! If you could include the reason for undeliverability that would be immensely helpful. As I mentioned above, we would like to make sure we reflect this data in Raiser's Edge. I think the key fields to include are, system record ID, name, email address, undeliverability reason, and name of email group if possible.
Implementing this would be a game changer for us and I am sure many others who experience the same pain points.

Being able to export a list of the undeliverable addresses will allow teams to triage and size contact data issues. It could also inform re-engagement and "lost" alumni // donor campaigns.
