Ability to remove users from an email group.

It should be possible to remove users from an email group instead of just unsubscribing them from the group. The system only allows us to unsubscribe a user from an email group (In the Data Studio) but doesn't actually remove the user from the Email Group. This causes confusion when filtering people by 'Member of a group' in the Data Studio.

We have communication groups built for various volunteer groups. Members sometimes drop off, and we need to remove them from future communication. The system currently allows me to unsubscribe these members from the group, but this only applies to email, not texts. If I unsubscribe them to texts, they will no longer get any texts from the school. The current system is not an acceptable solution.
