We need a way to access an email that was previously sent within the browser.
Use Case:
At SIUE we send quarterly newsletters for each College/School. The college/schools like to add the newsletters to a section of their website for historical viewing.

It would be really helpful to be able to share an email preview via a link. Right now, you have to email a test email out, but often I need to share the preview with a lot of people, some of whom may not be checking their email as well as I might like. This would be immensely helpful and make the whole process easier.

Hi team, it is possible to copy link of a draft preview - caveat being viewers need to be admins on Almabase to see the preview. When clicked on the "View Email" button, we redirect to the preview of the draft, the link to this page is shareable.

I agree, this would be incredible helpful. Currently our teams create "Test Lists" of those who need to review the draft before sending, but this would be a lot easier.

I'd like to add the option to include a "View in web browser" link in the emails themselves, too.

Alexandra Tracy Schwartz Yes I agree. In a past email system we always had a "View in web browser" link that was included at the bottom near the "unsubscribe" hyperlink.

At SIUE, we would really like this option as each of our Units (School of Nursing, College of Arts & Sciences, School of Business, etc.) all have semesterly Alumni Email Newsletters.
Our old system created a standalone URL for every email we sent and included a link at the bottom of every email stating "Having Troubles viewing this email? Click Here!" which was linked to that emails URL for web viewing. This was just incase a viewers email software caused issues or if someone had rich text turned off or so on.
But this also allowed each of our Units (School of Nursing, College of Arts & Sciences, School of Business, etc.) to have a webpage on their website with the historical record of all of their past Alumni Email Newsletters.

As you can see at the link the last edition we had a link for was May 2023 when we switched over to Almabase.

Further just an idea but it would be great if the Email URL could be similar to something like this:
where "connect.siue.edu" is our Almabase domain
where "em" stands for email
where "XXXXX" becomes the Email Subject with dashes/hypens between each word.
