Hello Amanda F Simons! I have a few more questions for you:
How frequently do you need to access the Date Sent information?
- We use it daily to determine at a glance when emails were sent.
Is there any specific way you would like the Date Sent column to be displayed or sorted?
- Display the same way as the "Updated On" column displays on Draft Emails and Email Templates. Being able to sort in chronological order would be helpful. Put it as the second or last column.
Are there any other columns or features you think would improve the Sent Emails tab?
- We have no need for the Status or Internal Name columns. It would be nice if there was a way to turn them off.
