I'm trying to create a communication group through the data studio for all of our alumni employees. The problem is that I need to be able to filter using "AND" logic, instead of "is any of."

Hello, first a caveat. We had to end our Almabase use this year due to budget shortfalls. However I'm still part of this thread. I would like to underscore the need for "and" logic. Often, we could have used it to narrow down searches. BTW, we have enjoyed being an Almabase customer.
