Currently, emails sent through Almabase are in masked format rather than the institution's standard email format. This has caused deliverability issues — several recipients flagged the email as spam, and staff contacted their IT help desk to verify whether the message was legitimate.

The ability to use the institution's standard email domain as the "From" address would significantly improve trust and deliverability, both internally and with external donors.
