When looking at the list of Unsubscribed users, it would be VERY helpful to include the DATE they unsubscribed in a column on the unsubscribed users page, so that when I download the list of unsubscribed users, I know which ones I have already updated in RE.

Can you include the date the person unsubscribed from the category on the download list.
Make it so we don't have to download the list from all of our 11 email categories. This needs to be one single spreadsheet that includes all the names, DATES, and categories for the unsubscribers.

What specific information do you need included in the download list besides names, dates, and categories?
How frequently do you need to access or update the unsubscribe data?
Are there any specific formats or tools you prefer for the consolidated spreadsheet?

Ginu - 1. In addition to all the information now provided - It would be great to also include the date the person unsubscribed from the category. 2. We download the category unsubscribe list 2-3 times a week. 3. The current excel csv format is fine. Also, we need one download list for all the categories together on one sheet. Currently, we have to download all 11 category lists and consolidate them all onto one spreadsheet. We then have to filter and sort by name. If the date was available and all the categories were downloaded together on one list, we would only have to filter by date to retrieve the recent unsubscribes.

Regina Bernal I completely agree! This would be a tremendous help for our University. We've been hearing a lot from our donors about accidentally unsubscribing or asking how to unsubscribe, so having this information would be incredibly helpful!

It would be helpful to see a date next to the names of those who have unsubscribed or been unsubscribed from a space. This would allow for a better understanding of the data.

Kanhai Shah: If I go to members - unsubscribed users (screenshot 1), the list does not give me dates of when the users unsubscribed. I export this listuse it to find those constituents in RE (using their email address, since there is no constituent code to assign solicit/contact codes of "No Contact - email" so that our fundraisers know that these people do not wish to receive email from us. But since there is no date associated with when they unsubcribed, I have to pull the entire list and then subtract the people who have already unsubcribed.

I see that the export now has the date that they were "created" as unsubscribes, but it would be useful to be able to filter on this page by the date unsubcribed, since this is something I do on a regular basis.
