It would be helpful to provide clearer separation between “canceled” registrations and “payment initiated” (abandoned) records in Almabase reporting and sync logic. Currently, the “Won’t be attending” category appears to include both true cancellations and payment-initiated records, which creates confusion and potential duplication. We would like the ability to restrict this category to only confirmed cancellations, while keeping payment-initiated records separate. Additionally, having an option to explicitly map or track cancellations (rather than removing them entirely during CRM sync) would improve reporting accuracy and alignment with BBCRM.
