In Settings-->Database--> Sync Data, it would be helpful if there was a way to cancel an email list from syncing once it's already been started.

When importing funds into Almabase from Raiser's Edge (RE), it would be beneficial to have the option to search for funds using the 'Fund ID' field instead of solely relying on the fund description or name. Currently, the search function in Almabase allows only fund description/name searches, which may not always be convenient or feasible if you have several thousand funds in RE. Furthermore, when manually adding a fund in Almabase and connecting it to a specific fund in Raiser's Edge (RE), the only identifier currently supported is the fund System Record ID (External Database ID). Extending this capability to include the RE fund ID would be beneficial. Our team is accustomed to referencing funds solely using the Fund ID on RE. This will align with the practices of other Higher Eds, including EMU, where funds are commonly referenced using the Fund ID field.

In the sync settings, it would be nice to be able to delete automated data pulls once they are no longer needed. For example, we send emails for event communication purposes outside of the actual event but the data will change year to year. Would be nice to delete old data lists that are no longer needed for easier organization.

Since you can only map guests with existing records, and you may not wish to create a record for guest of a known constituent, it would be great if you could select the option to map them as a "named guest" of the host/mapped record, rather than just ignore them, so that your event/guest data would be more accurate in NXT without additional manual entry.

We would like there to be a button to manually decide for each registrant if we want them to be a non-constituent record or not.

We frequently have alum by the same name and it is an extra step to verify which one we have, especially in the case of Grandfather, father, son, all having the same name.

As of now, there is no way to track the changes/updates made from AB to RE/ RE to AB on Data Inbox. There aren't any reports available for this. Also, there needs to be a list of recently pulled-in constituent data as well.

Data Inbox - RE recognizes US as the United States of America and Almabase recognizes it as the United States so every address being updated even though not different from what it is, is being flagged because the two systems view the country differently.

It would be great if those who log in using LinkedIn could pull employment information directly into their profile. We've had some constituents express interest in this. This would save them time from manually entering past employment and help keep those records up to date.

In the United States, the standard date format used is "mm-dd-yyyy.". The site should have the option to use this format throughout for easy understanding.
