All emails that get trigged in relation to an event should be available on guest communication for editing.

For example, there are multiple types of event modification emails associated with an event and none of them are present on a site-level.
It would be beneficial to have all the emails on a site or event level so we can edit them appropriate and also have more control in terms of the content being sent out to users.
