Automated emails for incomplete event registrations/giving (abandoned carts)

I'm adding this request on behalf of The Shipley School.
The team has requested for an automated email to be triggered to people who abandon their carts just before the payment step during Event registrations and Giving campaigns.
The email should basically say that their registration for the event was incomplete/their gift was not received and urge them to complete the payment step.

But please can the message they get not say that they aren't attending as that is causing much confusion for our alumni. Remind them they need to complete the payment but don't mark them as not attending as they are intending to come!

I agree and just voted for this idea. I would love it if it wouldn't show as unmapped until they complete the purchase/registration/gift. It is so confusing when they continually show up as unmapped.
