Change the subject line of the automated confirmation emails for alums who RSVP "no"

Currently the subject line of the automated email response after registration is "Event Name: Your registration is complete." This is the subject line whether or not the person can come. If they cannot come, it is only in the body of the email where it shows: RSVP: Will not be attending.
This is confusing for those events where we need RSVPs - usually high stakes small events where we invite top donors. The subject line makes it look like the system got it wrong and the recipient is coming. They rarely read the body of the email. I have received multiple emails from recipients saying "Actually I can't come so I shouldn't show registered."
The preferred solution is for the subject line to say "Event Name: We are sorry to miss you." That way the recipient knows that they have RSVPd, it's been received and that we know they are NOT coming.
We don't require RSVPs very often, but we do for high stakes events that are for smaller crowds and usually a dinner where we need actual head count for sure. When we don't need RSVPs, we use the wording "Register Here If You Can Come".
Because the title line is confusing, we don't use Almabase for our high stakes events! That's a shame but these are not the level of alums whom we want to confuse.
