Check-in kiosk/alpha list

Our event volunteers have requested an easier way to manage check-in for guests who don't have their phones/QR codes handy, as typing their names can be timely when there is a large number of guests trying to check in at the same time. The clipboard with the guest list is handy, but would be better if it mirrored NXT check-ins where you can easily sort by last name (and in bigger, easier to read font). Checkboxes or swiping would be ideal.

Ginu and Sahil Mallick Hi, team. Has there been any movement on this? We are hearing a lot of negative feedback from our volunteers. Including class year would be beneficial to see on the list, too.

Alphabetize the Check-In Kiosk Clipboard

It would be helpful if the Check-In Kiosk clipboard could be alphabetized for faster guest identification and check in.

Hello Colleen Lucas! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify if you want the clipboard to be alphabetized by first or last name?
- Are there any specific events or situations where this feature would be particularly useful?
- Would you find it helpful to have an option to switch between alphabetical and chronological order?

Ginu, 1. I think by last name is easiest. 2. any large event such as our Homecoming and Parents Weekend. The list allows for us to not have to type in names but instead quickly scroll. 3. Any time you can add options such as Alphabetical and chronological is helpful.
Thank you so much for considering my request.
