Discussion posts by users should be able to be edited by administrators. The best example of this is that a poorly formatted photo is cropped in a odd way in the preview where you only see the legs of the person. If the photo was cropped or sized correctly, there really would not be anything wrong with the post, but I am inclined to delete it because of how it appears on mobile when someone accesses the page.
