As an event tool, not all events have a payment tied to them, they are "registration only" events. For those events there is no need to have a "free" tag or any type of pricing associated. This is first and foremost confusing for the user and causes more questions for the administrators of the events.

In addition, for events that are not being paid for by the school, but attendees may still have to pay a fee, the "free" tag is misleading. In our situation, we are now fronting the cost of this event because of the confusion having a "free" label will cause and this adds administrative work for the school to now have to pay for the event and be reimbursed. Again the intent with integrating Almabase is to provide a clean and easy to use experience for event attendees and administrators alike - but this functionality is not meeting that expectation.
