Ticket Order and Display

Admin should be able to reorder tickets in both the tickets section, as well as the display order in the sub-event. Tickets are added without any categories and not in alpha order. Tickets cannot be re-arranged, neither can their display order be changed in the sub-event. Tickets arenʻt even listed by pricing. Admin should be able to change the order of display, especially when there are multiple ticket options, or if the event wants to push a certain ticket more than others.
