I agree with others here. The ability to allow certain groups admin access to specific events would be very helpful and prevent the need for additional, unneeded steps.

We are working on extensive event permissions and will update go live date as soon as we have one.

I also feel there is an additional set of permissions needed for events. It would be great to give a person access to only a specific event, but additionally, I would like to see a set of permissions that allows certain people to REGISTER OTHERS for the event, as well as check in the guests to the event.
