Currently, once a “sale end date” passes for a ticketed subevent, registrants who already purchased that ticket also lose the ability to remove/unregister themselves from that subevent. While I understand preventing additional purchases after the deadline, it would be really helpful if existing registrants could still remove the ticket from their registration after sales close. Right now, the sale end date seems to completely lock the ticket from any edits on the user side, which creates some challenges operationally and requires manual staff intervention for changes that attendees would otherwise normally manage themselves. Ideally: New purchases would stop after the sale end date Existing purchasers would still be able to remove/cancel that ticket from their registration I could see this being especially helpful for institutions managing large, multi-event registrations with changing attendee schedules.
