General Feature Requests

We need to have a Gift Date Merge Field added to the auto triggered templated Gift Acknowledgement/Receipt Emails sent after a donation is made. This is needed as it recently came up as a requirement for a specific Prospect's Employers Matching Gift Program: Donor Email: "Thank you. Is there any way that you can send me a receipt with the date? I have to enter the date that I made the donation and that has to match for them to match the gift." This donor has given her last four donations online and needed the receipt of her August donation. We manually created a receipt for her via RE NXT so she can use it to get her gift matched. Her question brought up an interesting thought on adding the date to the gift acknowledgement/receipt within Almabase. After looking this does not seem to be an available Merge Field within Almabase's Email Editor.

I am glad that you offer WordPress as an option. However, I find it challenging to navigate the fixed Elementor platform that runs on top of it as compared to other installs of WordPress that I have worked with outside of Almabase. Those seem much more intuitive. I am asking that this process be made easier (somehow).

If an email is synced from Raiser's Edge, some error shows up regarding system record IDs such as does not have a system record ID or have invalid system record ID. There is no option to resolve the errors for mapped constituents. There is an option to ignore unmapped constituents though. It would be great if there would be an efficient way to resolve the errors for mapped constituents as well.

Currently, there is no specific order for funds displayed within campaigns under a campaign hub on competitive giving pages. They neither appear in the order we’ve linked them nor are they sorted alphabetically. This randomness makes it challenging for donors to locate specific funds, especially when multiple funds are used. Overall, having the ability to sort or rearrange funds throughout the giving module would be highly beneficial.

Ability to set a default link format across all event descriptions so we don't have to manually change it on all of our events. Example: Accent color: #000843d Underline Bold

1. We need gift history removed from directory profiles so alumni don’t see them 2. We need the directory to start with everyone opted out and to only have the ability to see name and class year until they opt in and allow anything to be seen.

An option to assign an email category (ex: Holiday/Birthday Greetings) to the automated system emails (ex: Birthday Wish and/or Anniversary Wish). We want users to be able to unsubscribe or resubscribe to these automated system emails via email categories on their profile rather than solely from the recipient group via the link within the email. Constituents are unlikely to save the email in order to resubscribe to it in the future, but they may resubscribe if they see the option on their profile. Having categories for the emails on their profiles provides a clear picture of all the types of email communications they can expect to receive. If they uncheck all the categories without unchecking the "all emails" preference, they may be upset when they receive a system generated birthday or anniversary email.

We'd like to be able to customize the main Fundraising Campaigns listing page by unpublishing pages so that only a few are available there. In order to do this, you have to unpublish the page and are left with a page that has the banner on top of it. It displays to all users and is confusing.

Ability to display a year-on-year breakdown of funds raised for multi-year crowdfunding campaigns (similar to the screenshot attached). A view showing gifts collected for each year to provide better transparency and encourage more donations.

When bringing in a custom field which has a date field associated with it, the Date shows in the Sync Settings but not on the user's profile. We would like the Date to show on the profile along with the other data/values.
