Organizing and searching for emails only by subject line can cause significant issues when you have several different emails that necessitate similar or the same subject line. Issues like sending the wrong email to the wrong list. Being able to include an email name (i.e. Miami VIP Dinner Invite) would be s significant help in organizing emails in the communication center

We would like to be able to add a name for emails that would be admin only. That way when we are sending out multiple emails in one day to different segments and can stay organized.

Ability to have an internal Project tag while designing emails

Would be great to have an internal field to assign a "project name" or "project number" to each email while being created and have it easily filterable.

Currently, when an email is drafted, we add their project name/number in the subject line and have to remember to edit it before sending it out. Since we have different folks working on communication, following a system of labeling each email, it'll be beneficial to have such an option. Furthermore, when we want to recycle emails for another campaign at a later time, it's tough to find the older emails months from now without project numbers/labels.

Kanhai Shah: As long as the subject can remain and this is an extra field to save it on the administrative side so we can track a project name - yes that would help tremendously.
