Ability to split receivables and tax deductibles for Events tickets to separate funds when syncing to RE.

This is important as the receivables are used to fund the events and the rest are considered as a donations we need to add them to separate funds.

We also need this feature in order to use the payment function for events. Without it, we will need to process payments using another software altogether.
