Currently, there is a 'Submitted on' date field that is shown in directory exports and can be used as a filter on the directory. We need an 'Approved on' & 'Rejected on' date fields which are populated based on when the Approved/Rejected status is saved. We also need a 'Last Edited' date field with an associated 'Last Edited by' (User's name) field.

These new fields need to be included in the existing Export Submissions report so we don't have to track the approved/rejected dates manually outside of Almabase and to determine if/when a previous submission was updated (last edited) and by whom.

These new date fields also need added as directory field options so we can create email communication groups based on date approved/rejected/edited.
