The ability to filter the list would be helpful, notably for: a) whether or not it is accepting submissions (for instance a toggle to show only those that are "active") b) status of mapped submissions - filter for only those with outstanding submissions to map; and c) date, though I'm not sure which date would be most helpful.

It would also be helpful if the "date of form creation" that appears on the list page included the year. Currently displays day-month only. And perhaps show the status of accepting or not on that list page (vs opening each form to find the status).
