Add Form Engagement (just like Email & Event Engagement) to the Engagement section on constituent profiles. I've been told these metrics are considered in the overall engagement metrics; however, we can't see it when looking at a specific constituent's profile.

The summary info to show could include:

-# of Forms Submitted

The activity data to show could be split into Month Year (just like Events Engagement) and include:

-Submitted form

-day/timestamp

-[name of form] (link text to form)

-Verification Request Validated & Notified

-day/timestamp

-[name of verification form] (link text to verification form submission)

-Verification Request Denied

-day/timestamp

-[name of verification form] (link text to verification form submission)

-Verification Requested

-day/timestamp

-[name of form] (link text to verification form submission)

-Attempted to submit form

-day/timestamp

-[name of form] (link text to form)

-Other form activity data that is collected for constituents that I am not aware of at this time.
