Add non-database member email addresses to Communication Groups

There are times when we need to email a list of people who are not Members (students, attendees of events not setup in Alamabase, etc. It would be helpful if we could just add a list of email addresses to a communication group or email list. This would help us be consistent with branding and allow us to track metrics.

This would be hugely helpful. There are circumstances where I am given an email list with no other information (eg parents of incoming students) and I need to do a one-off email, but don't wish to create profiles. The parents will ultimately become Almabase records/profiles, but until I can control the creation of the profiles, it's a real hinderance for me to have a large quantity of what end up being unconnected (and probably duplicate) profiles.

This would absolutely be a welcome addition to help manage our contactable records number and streamline outgoing gerneral communications to include groups adjacent to the community.

This is something that would be very helpful for us as well. We are using things like MailChimp and other tools when sending one off emails to non-alumni but it would be wonderful to be able to send it in Almabase. Especially since we are often sending the same email to alumni already.

We would also like this option to keep non-members outside the Data Studio, but be able to send email to them using an email communication group. We are currently building duplicate emails for non-member groups in MailChimp to avoid adding to our total headcount (and avoid additional annual per head
charges).
