Allow a discount code to be applied to multiple tickets, in one registration

If guests only bought 4 tickets or 6 tickets, I still wanted them to have $5.00 off each ticket. The discount code for total cart value using percentage is not a good workaround in this case either.

It would be more useful to have a discount per ticket, not just the final price.

This would be very helpful, especially if I do not know the amount of tickets they would like to purchase but would like offer a discount per ticket.
