Downloading attachments that are submitted with Form Submissions is currently very tedious.

The Export of the form submissions - gives us a URL for each attachment. We need to click on each URL & save this file. This process alone takes uses a few days as we receive hundreds of scholarship letters every year through a form on Almabase. It is very important for us to maintain an archive of these scholarship letters.

If you could consider a bulk download option for attachments, that would save us a lot of time and effort.

Re: the naming convention (in case of bulk download)- if the name of the file is the same as the 'Form Submitter' that should work well. We need the archive to have a clear view of which letter was submitted by which student.

We've shared this request with the Almabase team in September 2022 and we are again re-iterating the need for this.
