We receive offline gifts from our board members and some alumni. They need to be listed on the leaderboard. We have a huge dependency on Almabase support during the 24 hours or add those gifts one by one.

Currently, when we upload offline gifts, the leaderboard and campaign hubs do not get populated with those gifts. Since showing all gifts on leaderboards is important, can you support it during offline gift import?

Donor pipeline report should include gifts imported into Almabase via offline (CSV) uploads and the RE NXT gift import for accuracy. Currently, it only accounts for gifts made through Almabase giving and event pages.

Our work around here is that we do not upload, we add the gift manually on the Gifts tab in the giving page and then that allows us to select the items in the Pre-Form that trigger and populate the hubs. Not ideal if you are working with more than dozens of off line gifts, but works well enough for one-offs or small batches. Just wanted to post this work around until Almabase figures it out.
