Giving pages already allow donors to opt in to covering credit card/processing fees (currently defaulting to opted-in). If we can have same "cover the fees" toggle made available for event registrations. The ask is prompted by Blackbaud Merchant Services adding an additional 1.5% fee, making cost recovery more pressing.
