Ability to send an email from an individual but have the replies go to someone else. For example, if we send an email from the president, we don't want the replies to go to the president, we would want them to go to a generic email.

We want to create specific forms to survey specific groups (50th reunion alumni as an example). It would be ideal if the staff member managing the survey could receive the emails rather than making all form responses go to the Primary Communication Reply Email.

Thank you for this suggestion Kelsey Michener. Wanted to share an update that this is now possible with the Reply-to feature when creating emails.

While sending email we just use profile name and email domain and the recipient will just see those details.

If you create a profile with president's name and add primary email as a reply to email, Individual receiving email will still see that email is coming from President but replies will go to separate email inbox.
