Add and option to include Respondent Notifications that automatically email a summary of the user's answers back to the email address they provided in the form and allow for custom message from the form creator. Similar to how the event registration emails automatically go out after a person completes registration, but have it be for forms.

This will allow us to thank the respondent for completing the form, verify the information was correct, and share other info directly to them.
