The file library search bar does not search based off file name. You must be IN the folder that the file is located in order for it to populate in the search bar. This is extremely inefficient — some of us forget what we titled the file, want to use a photo from a previous email but don’t remember where the photo was saved, or work in teams where we may not know where someone else saved the file.

One of our biggest complaints with our last provider was that there was NO search bar in the file library. But having a search bar that doesn’t find the file name unless you already know which folder it’s saved in might as well be the same as not having a search function at all.
