The "City" field should be changed to a plain text field (not a Google search) with an additional dropdown field for State (if in US) and a text field for Postal Code. "City" should not be the only way City, State, and Country are collected. The placeholder text of "New York, Tokyo, etc" should either be removed entirely or an editable field for our organization. Our constituents continue to run into issues finding their city/town for their address and it has significantly impacted their support of our giving days.
