We currently use an Almabase form for alumni to request membership in the Alumni Association. I have the following problems:

• When I export submission data from the membership form, I get all data from the date that the form was first introduced, 3 years ago. There is no way for me to request a date range of data. This problem will only worsen.

• I also need to make changes to the form but cannot because I get the message that the form cannot be changed because it has been completed previously by others. This is not helpful at all because modifications cannot be made as our business information needs changes.

If I duplicate the form, I get a different URL and would have to change this URL in the many places where we have it linked.

• I need to change the questions in the original form and somehow extract data in a specific date range

or

• make a new form for the same purpose and have the URL the same as the original form and extract the data in a specific date range

or

• have a way to forward the users to the new form using the original form’s URL, and extract the data in a specific date range.
