Forms with payment option

I doubt we're the first to run into this, but I didn’t see another thread on it. We’re relatively new Almabase users and were surprised to learn that we can’t create a form that allows users to make a payment at the end at all, much less one that could be split between a gift and a non-gift.
We were hoping to use forms for things like license plate sales, on-campus alumni lodge rentals, etc., where a portion of the payment may be a donation and the rest is a fee, but it doesn’t seem like that’s possible. Please make this possible, Almabase!

Hi there! We have a similar use case with the license plates. We configured it as a giving page if that helps you at all. You can then set 'price options' as a quick select value say "one vehicle $50" and then in the payment options section allow for a custom value to be entered as well. Then you can split the gift when you process the gift on the back end. If you'd like to connect I'd be happy to help! heather.bylsma@unco.edu

When you create a ticket, you can designate part of the amount to be tax deductible or not (i.e. gift and non-gift).
