We frequently get requests from departments to act as the vehicle for payments for equipment, trips, etc. Since we are the manager of their accounts, it makes sense for the payments to flow through our office. However, the EVENTS and GIVING tools do not work for payments that are not charitable gifts. I recently created a "Giving" page to administer payments from the members of our Men's Soccer Team for their equipment for the season, but had to request multiple edits to the language of the page (i.e., no mention of gift, donor, etc.). While I was successful with the help of Snehil through the Help Chat, it would be amazing if Almabase could implement one more option for something of this nature.
