Currently when someone updates or adds a gift to their already existing registration we get notified by email that someone updated their registration but on Almabase when we need to add the batch to sync it to RE, the gift does not appear automatically. We then have to manually add the gift in order for it to be processed which means we need to catch these things even when things get busy.
