We have noticed that the general search bar (on the left-hand side menu on the home page of Almabase) currently only brings up results if you type in the exact full name of the constituent, including middle name. In addition, constituents do not come up unless you type in the exact right accentuation on individual characters in their name (e.g. é, ü, ó). This can create friction and slow down the efficiency of day-to-day work, requiring users to take steps to enter the correct accentuation and search the middle name of constituents on other databases if unknown. We wondered if you could make the search feature more sensitive to near matches for a smoother user experience.
