We would like to request the ability to manually refresh one-time email lists in the Almabase platform, rather than having them automatically refresh on a recurring schedule.

Many users maintain one-time email lists for a specific campaign or event. After the initial use, these lists often sit dormant, yet because they are recurring lists in Almabase, the refresh continues on a set schedule (e.g., monthly, weekly). We create recurring email lists so we have the manual refresh option before we send an email, and most of the time, we refresh the list just before sending. A lot of these recurring lists are never used again.

We propose adding a manual refresh option for one-time lists, similar to the one already available for recurring lists.

Users could refresh the list only when needed (e.g., right before sending a campaign)

This would reduce redundant processing and server load on the Almabase side and give users better control over when their lists are updated.
