We need more detail than "Denied by Self" in the undeliverable email report. It would help us to understand what type of relationship the donor wants with us if we can see if the constituent unsubscribed or if they updated their communication preferences to uncheck the communicate by email option. We would like to see what type of "denial" they are giving us.
