Process refunds in one-step, same as purchases

We use BBMS and need to process refunds separately in a two-step, manual process. It would be great if when a registrant cancels/modifies, the registration list is updated and a refund is automatically processed. If purchases can be made this way, why can't refunds?

This does make sense. We have had some discussions around it but we never progressed on it. Thank you for posting this request. This is something we definitely want to build. I will talk to the team and get back here with updates.
