Refine duplicate system to identify first and last name matches as duplicates and not the entire name (FN+MN+LN)

The system does not identify obvious duplicates because the name-matching system takes FN + MN + LN into account. This needs to change so that the system can identify more duplicates accurately.

This has been fixed, duplicate algorithm will now consider both full name and FN + LN and whatever match is higher will be selected.
