Syncing Email Tracking Data with RENXT

Can we add the ability to sync email tracking data with RENXT or, the ability to export email campaign data and include custom fields like Import ID and constituent ID so that data can be imported to RE.

We have now added system record ID and constituent ID to export of email activity data.

Regarding moving this data automatically to Raiser's Edge, currently we do not have an API on raiser's edge to move this but we are working on this actively to see if we can have an api to push this data.

I requested this last month since there is no integration, we have to export email delivered reports and then import the data to apply the email appeal to the records. (boo) Anyway, it was hugely problematic that the export did not include ID or even System Id, so I requested it. Ours now do include these fields. If it is just us and they haven't rolled that out for everyone, ask! It's been done!

Erin Fumiko Kinney we do have engagement data export for email. Right now NXT does not provide any apis to sync email data. What format would be required to import data to Raiser's Edge?
