All descriptions should be allowed to be updated and saved without their having to be published. If I have a sub-event with 5 ticket options and 2 are left unpublished, i shouldnʻt have to manually publish everything just to make a change to a description or anything else, and then have to manually un-publish them for ticketing to open/re-open.
