Donors Create Challenges

Allow donors to create a challenge on the donation page. Have a way for donors, once they are on the donation page, to be able to create their own challenges, instead of having it be done just on the backside by the administration.

How do you envision the donor's challenge being displayed or communicated to other potential donors?

A donor would be able to create their own challenge on the donation page. They would go to the donation page, and there would be a button (maybe "Offer A Challenge" or "Start A Challenge") and they would click that button and either be taken to a new tab or webpage, or a pop-up window would open that would ask specific questions (amount, what fund they want the gift to go towards, their biographical information, etc). Then once the donor hits submit on this form, then the challenge is live on the donation page. 
The idea behind this is if we are in the middle of our giving day, and a donor is feeling very inspired by the progress we are making but wants to specifically encourage his classmates that he graduated with, then he would be able to click a button and fill out a short form and set up his own challenge that targets his classmates.
