Giving

Alumni prefer to donate using their phones, so having the ability to preview how a campaign will appear on a mobile screen would be helpful.

It would be great to have separate recurring gift donor receipts each month so I can customize it to say thank you for your monthly gift. Now it is just the same receipt as when someone makes a one time gift.

We prefer to use competitive giving page because of the flexibility the campaign hubs gives us. We use competitive pages for our ongoing giving pages, so the countdown timer is misleading. Currently, we set the start/end date for fiscal years, but this can confuse donors. Being able to use campaign hubs and/or turn of the timer on competitive pages would be a huge upgrade for giving pages and their flexibility.

It would be great to have all of the export functionality available on the individual giving page level on the centralized hub with the same level of details.

I have designated giving levels for my sports teams where each giving level has a unique name and a unique donation amount associated with it. (e.g. Player of the Match ($75), PotY ($ 150), MVP($300) see image). I also want to group the sports-related campaigns. I tried using Campaign hubs -- but currently, this is limited to competitive fundraising pages. Also, it's only possible to pre-set payment amounts globally for the hub and not for each sub-page in the hub.

While the metadata is internally present and affects how gifts are synced to RE, it is not visible on the Almabase UI in the Gift List. It becomes visible after the sync on RE. The metadata does not feed into the sync screen but it does populate the fields in RE. We thought that the Appeal, Package and Campaign needed to be populated on the sync screen. It would be great if a meta data filter were available or if the metadata is updated on the gift lists or just show up on the sync screen.

On crowdfunding/competitive pages we would like to be able to default to "Do not show donor names and gift amounts." As an organizational rule, we do not share names/amounts of giving. It would be helpful if we could default to that rather than have to choose it every time we set up a giving page.

The symbol for recurring gifts under the Gift section of a Giving page, should also show on the Gift Dashboard. This would help to identify recurring gifts immediately. Thanks

It would be great to be able to send out a yearly tax receipt to all monthly donors. It would also be great to customize the monthly gift tax receipt to say something different than the general thank you, to be different wording.

When a giving campaign ends, the donor has no way to make a donation from that screen. Sometimes donors who missed the deadline still want to make a gift and we want to encourage them wait wait maybe a link or some other redirect can be placed under the gift button that redirect to a checkout page or other giving campaign so that can follow through with their gift. Easily.
