On the Funds page, it would be helpful if there was a way to see which pages the fund is associated with

Currently, Thank You emails in Almabase pull the fund name from the gift record (for example, “Annual Fund”), which reflects the top-level fund configured in the giving setup. However, many institutions structure their giving pages with categories or subcategories (for example, “Annual Fund” under “Academics”) to provide more context and choice to donors. At the moment, these subcategories are not available as a separate field in the acknowledgment template. When a donor contributes to a specific subcategory (e.g., “Academics”), institutions would like the Thank You letter to reflect that selection, rather than only referencing the broader fund (e.g., “Annual Fund”). This helps: -> Provide more personalized and accurate acknowledgments. -> Reinforce the donor’s intent and connection to a specific area. -> Improve overall donor communication and stewardship. Surely be useful to expose these (Categories/Sub Categories) as merge fields that can be optionally included in acknowledgment templates.

Currently, gift tribute information is not included in the thank you email sent to donors. It would be great to have that information in the thank you email.

Robust leaderboard options—not just the top influencer leaderboard (which we’ve had), but also a top team/campaign leaderboard and a challenge winners leaderboard to help drive engagement and friendly competition.

The team at Calvert Hall has requested for the tribute wall to auto scroll for the donors so that they don't have to manually scroll through all the tributes using the -> arrows. The auto scroll will also ensure that all the tributes are in view on the wall instead of only the first couple.

It has been a long-standing metric for Higher Education Advancement departments to count number of donors and number of gifts separately. So, when one donor makes several gifts to various things, we need to be able to track and count that, not just the one transaction per donor. I would also suggest that, if this change is not going to be made, that you remove the option for a goal for number of gifts on the giving page since that is really the number of donors and not the number of actual gifts.

They’d like to see functionality similar to the JustGiving platform—where influencers can personalize their own fundraising pages with photos, messages, and updates.

Allow donors to write in their own fund name when using the Fund Catalog feature. Right now, this feature is only available when using the Fund List feature. I would like to use the Fund Catalog feature, but it's important donors also have the option to write in fund names if they can't find them in the catalog.

I would like the ability to customize the image displayed in the tribute section after a gift is made. Ideally, this could be done by either allowing the “Thank You” image to carry over into the tribute section or by creating a new field/section where we can upload a dedicated image for this purpose. Currently, when a video banner is used, the system automatically generates an image for the tribute section that is not visually appealing. Having the option to select or upload a custom image would improve the overall presentation and user experience.

It would be helpful if offline gifts had more "data" attached to them. Like which upload the gift came from, or if the gift did not come from an upload and was instead created by an admin, which admin created the gift, and when did they create the gift.
