- How frequently do you anticipate these gift notification emails being sent to staff, and is there a preferred format for the information?

- Any form info (ex. we created a pre-payment form) and/or other fields, including the Notes section, that is part of the Give Form.
- No, these are our internal emails to Advancement staff that are included on Almabase to receive the gift notification emails.
- As noted in 2, select Advancement staff that we have indicated on Almabase are the only staff that receive the gift notification emails.
