Improved Giving Page Leaderboards Customization

The existing display, which highlights the number of donors per class and the total sum of donations, offers valuable information. However, it doesn't fully capture participation levels in a way that accounts for class size differences.
To better represent engagement and foster friendly competition, I suggest incorporating a participation-based leaderboard that shows donor counts as percentages of each class's total alumni base. This approach would provide a more accurate and motivating view of class involvement by leveling the playing field between smaller and larger classes.
This change could:
Encourage broader participation by highlighting relative success, regardless of class size.
Inspire a sense of inclusivity and accomplishment across all classes.
Offer a clearer picture of the collective impact of alumni giving efforts.
Thank you for your dedication to fostering strong alumni communities and for considering this suggestion. Please let me know if further clarification would be helpful.

Thank you for posting, Nathanael Cassidy! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific metrics or data points would you like to see included in the participation-based leaderboard?
- How frequently would you like the leaderboard to be updated to reflect changes in participation levels?
- Are there any specific classes or groups you think should be highlighted or given special attention in the leaderboard?

Sahil Mallick, for our purposes it would be good to see the total class size so that the participation rates are relative to that specific class. For example, if the class of 1985 has 55 members and the class of 2014 has 120, when 10 members of the class give, they will have a higher percentage of participation than when 10 members of the class of 2014 give.
Regarding frequency of update, it is ideal that the leaderboard would be updated instantaneously as more gifts are recorded.

Hey Nathanael Cassidy, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How do you envision the participation-based leaderboard being displayed alongside the existing metrics?
- Are there specific metrics or data points you would like to see included in the participation-based leaderboard?
- What time frame or frequency would be most useful for updating the participation percentages on the leaderboard?
