Ability to sync only Registration Fees(Not Donations) from Almabase to Raiser's Edge

Punahou follows a very specific process when committing gifts to RE. Today that is achievable only through Database view. So they need a way to sync RSVP and registration fees(ticket payment) to Raiser's Edge.
